Self-Image and Self-Concept
-
Introduction
An invisible mirror reflects what you think and feel about yourself: this is your self-concept.
It is built gradually, shaped by your experiences and your inner understanding.
-
Exploration
Explore the three dimensions of the self-concept (real, ideal, and perceived), the influences on self-image, the common traps, and the pillars of healthy self-esteem. The goal: to understand how your perception of yourself is formed — and how it can evolve.
-
Practice
This practice offers you concrete steps to adjust your self-image and help you build a more realistic and objective view of who you are.

Muriel
I studied theology and canon law at university, earning a BA and a Master’s degree, and and I am passionate about the education of young people, especially that of young Black African women.
I deeply believe that they are called to build a better world through their work. But to truly flourish, they need high-quality human formation. That’s why I offer guidance based on the development of essential life skills.
