A structured model of formation for Christian women.
Built around Human Formation, Relational Formation, and Stewardship Formation, the model forms the person, prepares her for relationships, and enables her to act in the world as a Christian woman.

HOW
How the Model works
Each area of formation develops specific abilities and applies them to real life. The model does not rely on information alone. It works through clarity, formation, and application.
Human Formation
Human Formation works by developing essential life skills that strengthen personal capacity. These are applied to real life so that growth becomes visible in the way a person thinks, responds, decides, and lives.
This includes
Self-awareness
Emotional regulation
Stress management
Decision-making
Critical thinking
Resilience
Interpersonal effectiveness
Relational Formation
Relational Formation works by helping women understand relationships properly and handle them well in practice. It is grounded in respect for human dignity, responsibility, and practical preparation.
This includes
Understanding the nature and purpose of relationships from a faith perspective
Christian Marriage and family life
What makes relationships healthy and stable
Practical tools and resources to handle relationships well
Stewardship Formation
Stewardship Formation works by helping women understand their responsibilities in the world and respond to them concretely. It is expressed in action, not in ideas alone.
This includes
Work as stewardship
Responsibility
Initiative
Responding to real human needs
Christian action in the world
WHYWhy the Model works
The model works because it is built around real life. A woman’s life is lived as a person, in relationships, and in the world. If one of these is neglected, the whole life is affected.
Without personal capacity, it becomes difficult to think clearly, carry responsibility, regulate behaviour, and remain stable under pressure.
Capacity matters
Marriage and family life shape daily life, responsibility, stability, and future direction. Preparing women for them is therefore essential.
Relationships shape life
Action makes formation visible
A person is known not only by what she believes or intends, but by what she actually does. Work, responsibility, initiative, and service all require action.
Capacity without action remains unused. Action without capacity becomes unstable. Relationships without formation become fragile. This is why the model brings all three together.
Why the three belong together
